*The entry fee includes the visitor tax, also called Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) of USD 100/day. VAT (consumer tax) of 5% was newly introduced to Bhutan The funds raised through SDF are utilized for projects that promote Bhutan’s economic, social, environmental, and cultural development. These include initiatives such as preserving cultural traditions, enhancing sustainability, upgrading infrastructure, and providing free healthcare and education.

VAT (consumer tax) of 5% was newly introduced to Bhutan in January 2026 and is not included.

Entry includes:

  • Race infrastructure and support
  • Transfers, accommodation and all transportation (as per itinerary)
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner – with the exception of the race days on which only breakfast, checkpoint snacks and dinner is provided)
  • Official race t-shirt
  • Finisher medal

Entry does not include:

  • Flights
  • Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks
  • Tracking service
  • Evacuation from course that requires local health services (e.g. helicopter rescue)
